Thank you for taking the time to visit our store. We genuinely care about the happiness and success, of your purchase with us. We guarantee that what you will get from us is a viable tuber, a viable rooted cutting, or viable seeds. The product you choose is true to plant identity and our cultivars are guaranteed to produce should they be given the proper growing conditions once they leave our possession. 

Many people are seasoned with dahlias, and many are newcomers. We all have to start somewhere. To be honest, when I started with this journey, I really had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was that I loved what I didn't know!! With this being said, we have no way of vetting a  buyer who is going to keep the health of our tubers or cuttings properly nourished and cultivated as they should be. There are many growing practices that are utilized and work differently to obtain different goals and outcomes. Therefore, we rarely if at all issue refunds or exchanges after our plants leave the homestead. However, in the case of a serious mishap, or odd circumstance on our part, we do have a policy that has specific guidelines. Please note our Return and Refund policy.
